The data controller is RSN Law Firm.

 

  1. Processing of personal data

RSN Law firm processes personal data in a number of cases.

The processing is carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Danish Data Protection Authority and in ongoing dialogue with the Danish Bar Association and the Danish Bar Association.

RSN Law firm treats personal data confidentially and does not normally disclose the information to third parties. However, this may be done to specific clients, counterparties, authorities and/or courts.

Personal data may be entrusted to external suppliers, including data processors, who assist RSN Law firm with the operation of the business.

 

  1. Client’s rights

The client has the following rights:

(i) Right to request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data.

(ii) The right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted, including in relation to direct marketing.

(iii) Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, the client has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the client’s withdrawal of consent.

(iv) The client has the right to receive the personal data provided by the client in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (data portability).

(v) The Client may always lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor.
